Simone

Simone is one of our poster girls because she lives and breathes DIYPT. She truly does the training and nutrition herself (with our guidance and support, of course) as she has the drive, passion and a massive ‘WHY’. Her why is her baby girl Bella and now their new child on the way. Join me in congratulating her and her husband Matt on their second kid. This is one of the many client stories I’m extremely proud about as Sim and I did the impossible.... . When I first met Sim and asked her why she wanted to train with me, she said her goal was to have a child because she had been told when she was in her early 20s that this probably wasn’t on the cards. Sim has Epilepsy, and was diagnosed when she was 5. She’s been on high amounts of medication daily since then and because of the amounts she was on during puberty, it was going to be unlikely that she could carry a child. After an appointment with Sim’s neurologist, they decided to slowly decrease her meds in the hopes that she might be able to fall pregnant. This is when Sim started training with me, as she wanted to be as healthy as possible to give the pregnancy and future child the best chance. 4 years later here we are and they’re having their second. Thanks Sim for being such a great role model to all women out there. You’re such an inspiration!

Jonathan

There's no better transformation than your own. This is my result after my initial four weeks coming back from a 3 week Christmas break where I gained almost 3kgs! For me, the first four weeks of a fitness program is the hardest mainly because of the food plan. After 4 weeks I dropped 4.1% body fat and 3.2cm off my waistline. I would love to know how your fitness journey is going so far in 2019. Remember, keep your eyes on the prize.

Ivy

It’s very special to hear when a member expresses how proud they are of what they have achieved... so take it away Ivy: “I’m so proud to say that I have comfortably lost two dress sizes, and I’ve lost 13kgs since I started the program in February. With this, my eating habits and how I look at food have changed for life. I know I’m fitter and stronger, both mentally and physically. My outlook on life has never been at its highest and I’m not the only one benefiting, my family are too. However, the biggest achievement I have gained since starting the program is accountability. This may sound stupid but truly accepting and understanding my part of the process was hard. I was (and at times still am) a walking book full of excuses. I have no time or I’m so tired because I work full time, have three kids, scrapping through to keep a household running or I have to help with my husband’s business. And yes the list goes on. But in the end, I took a step back and thought to myself, you’re full of shit. I know I can make time for exercise, so stop bullshitting and make the time”. We are so proud of you Ivy because we know you’ve created new healthy habits for you and your family forever!
