Sign up for Full program or free Orientation Week - Three things 


To start this Monday, you'll need to register by 9.30pm Sunday before.


The first week of your program is Orientation. You'll receive your own exercise equipment sometime this week (if you've signed up for the paid program). The exercise and food plan doesn’t start in this week.

Orientation Week involves 3 tasks each day for the first 6 days to help you prepare for the next 12 weeks. Such tasks include:

  • A fitness test to determine the level of difficulty of the program you’ll be on.
  • Measurements. To know where you want to be, you need to know where you began.
  • Questionnaires to help you reflect on your current kitchen environment and your social support group.
  • Get familiar with the fundamental exercises you’ll be doing in the program and information on how to read the exercise programs for each day as there is a lot of jargon in the health and fitness industry.
