Full program - 3 things you need to know before registering 


Program registration cutoff time to start this coming Monday is 9.30pm Sunday.


The first week of your program is Orientation. You'll receive your equipment sometime this week. The exercise and food plan doesn’t start in this week.

Orientation Week involves 3 tasks each day for the first 6 days to help you prepare for the next 12 weeks. Such tasks include:

  • A fitness test to determine the level of difficulty of the program you’ll be on.
  • Measurements. To know where you want to be, you need to know where you began.
  • Questionnaires to help you reflect on your current kitchen environment and your social support group.
  • Get familiar with the fundamental exercises you’ll be doing in the program and information on how to read the exercise programs for each day as there is a lot of jargon in the health and fitness industry.


If you’d like to pause your program for any reason, let us know and we will  pause it for up to 4 weeks. You’ll be able to pause your program once in the 13 weeks of the program for free, then a $30 fee will apply for every request after that.
