Pull-ups: An exercise that could one day save your life

Welcome to exercises that could one day save your life! 💥🤔

First up is pull-ups!! 

Master these exercises first to be able to do a pull-up/s:

1️⃣ Active hang - 20sec hold x 3 sets

First, you need to be comfortable with hanging and need to increase your grip strength.

2️⃣ Single arm pulldowns - 20 reps 2 sets each.

Now you need to feel what it’s like to do the full range of movement with light resistance.

3️⃣ Eccentric pull-ups - 3 reps x 3 sets

Last exercise before you can practice pull-ups is experience what your body weight feels like in the pull-up exercise.

Jump, use a step or get someone to pull you up so your chin is above the bar and focus on going down for 5 seconds. Repeat for 3 reps.
