We've combined cardio exercise with self massage. The idea is that in combination the two will increase blood flow and keep you warm to aid with the self massage whilst increasing your conditioning and burn calories. We release muscle tension by focussing on releasing acute trigger points throughout your body using your DIYPT massage ball.

This class aims to improve everyday movement patterns through strength, better balance, coordination, agility and unilateral exercises. Classes will also contain an intensive abdominal and core component.
A dance style fitness class with influences mainly from latin dancing, hip hop and RnB.
This class is about relaxation through stretch and muscle release helping you rest, recover and reduce stress. We release muscle tension by focussing on releasing trigger points throughout your body using your DIYPT foam roller and DIYPT massage ball.
This is a boxing class with an emphasis on boxing technique. We run through partner games, boxing skills, drills and a resistance band / body weight HIIT component to give you a full body, high intensity workout. You'll need boxing gloves, boxing pads / punching bag and your DIYPT resistance bands. Also, we suggest you have a partner so you can take turns holding the pads for each other. If you're on your own we will give you alternative exercises.
A strength workout created to target your legs and specifically your gluteal muscles (i.e. your booty / butt). If you want to strengthen, firm and tone up your glutes and legs, then this class is for you!
The aim of this class is for you to finish up the day feeling amazing and for you to get a good night sleep. The workouts are all body resistance workouts and are time based AMRAPs (As Many Rounds As Possible) to help increase melatonin and clear your head which will both help you sleep well. They are 25 minutes in duration.
Consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements, using your body weight as resistance. Exercises are performed on your cushioned DIYPT mat on the floor in a sequence to warm up the body, focus on core strength, improve segmental spine mobility for overall body balance.
In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.
