You'll have a dedicated Accountability Coach. And along with our online Community, we will give you ongoing support, motivation and keep you on track.
TRAINING
Say good-bye to training 5 times a week and 60 minute workouts.
You'll lose 6kgs in 6 weeks with 3 sessions a week that are 30-45 minutes long.
NUTRITION
For the ladies - Learn tools to help you eat & train according to your menstrual cycle and get results.
For the gents - Learn how to make food that's tasty, easy and healthy.
