About Us

We are passionate about helping parents, because when we had our boys, we struggled to be fit and healthy. And we thought, if we struggled as a Fitness Coach and Nutrition Coach, we can only imagine how much other parents are struggling!

We help ambitious career-driven parents regain their confidence, energy and fitness via our Make Healthy Normal protocol.

We are Jonathan and Trinh, Fitness Coach and Nutritionist, respectively. We've been in the health and fitness industry since 1998.
